Fall is here! and we want you to know about some important dates coming up. Please save the dates and join us for these events!
September 13 - Start of Sunday School
September 20 - Small Group and Ministry Fair
September 20 - All Church Picnic
September 26 - Men's Breakfast
October 2-4 - Men's Retreat
October 17 - Women's Event
Small Group and Ministry Fair - At CBC, Small Groups are a vital way we grow in our faith, be known by others, and care for each other. We hope that everyone is able to be a part of a small group as they walk their journey of following Jesus.
Our ministries that take place every week are the ways in which we minister to one another and allow each person to use their gifts for God's glory and one another's good. On September 13 and 20, after service, we will have a small group and ministry fair. If you want to join a small group, or want to find out more ways you can serve around CBC, this fair is where you can get to find these opportunities and join in what God is doing in our church and community!
Church Picnic - September 20 (after church)
Join us for some food and fun at our Fall Picnic @ CBC. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share. Bring a chair, blanket, and lawn games! Remember to bring extra as we anticipate many college students. All are welcome to stay!
RAIN DATE: If it rains on Sunday 9/20, we will move the picnic to 9/27. Keep an eye out for an announcement later this week.
Men's Fall Retreat
Men are invited to a Fall Retreat on October 2-4 in Rumney NH. This will be a great weekend to get away with other men and hear solid teaching on Building Our Faith as men. There will be two special speakers, breakout groups, and outdoor fun. For more information, please see Patrick Bandy or Pastor Ethan.
Women's Event -
On October 17, the Women's Ministry is having a Pie Making Day from 10a - Noon! We are charging $5 per person for materials. There will be brunch and a short devotional! See Sue Gile for more information.

Sunday School:
**Sunday School is BACK. Sunday School returns Sept 13 @ 9:15am.
We have classes for Nursery-age kids through High School.
Adult Group with Patrick and Dimitra Bandy in the Prayer Room.
Adult Sunday School is studying Genesis 1-4 in the auditorium.
Sermon Series: 1 Chronicles
This Sunday we began our new series in 1 Chronicles. This week we looked at multiple passages from 1 Chronicles as an introduction. If you missed last week's message, please visit our Facebook page.
